Yesterday, the CSIM spent the morning visiting the facilities of one of our partners, SIFU Group, in Hospitalet de Llobregat.

SIFU Group is a benchmark in facility management services—cleaning, maintenance, janitorial and gardening—with a firm commitment to labor inclusion and sustainability.

Its model combines efficiency, personalization and social responsibility, employing people with disabilities and promoting inclusive work environments.

During the visit, we were able to see the facilities and talk with those in charge of different areas, who explained to us their day-to-day life, the challenges they face and how they build trust through professionalism.

They also shared with us the beginnings of the company and how they have strengthened its main differential value: the labor integration of people with disabilities.

In addition, we talk about Ayucasa, the home care project for seniors promoted by SIFU, which offers personalized care at home and promotes autonomy with a strong social commitment.

We sincerely appreciate the participation of all attendees and, most especially, Olga Peralba and her entire team, for welcoming us so closely and opening the doors of their professional home to us.
