This week, a delegation of CSIM members is in Paris taking part in the cluster’s first international benchmarking trip.

Over the coming days, the group is following an intensive schedule of meetings and visits with leading organizations in the French real estate sector, with the goal of learning first-hand about management models, technological innovation, and European market trends.

Among the entities visited are: UNIS FRANCE, Bien'ici, L'ADRESSE immobilier, French Proptech, Emeria - Commission Free Ecommerce Selling Platform, IDEALYS, PLURIENCE, and Sharies.

In addition, the delegation will attend RENT 2025 (Real Estate & New Tech), the main European event dedicated to innovation and technology applied to the real estate industry.

It is proving to be a highly valuable and enriching benchmarking experience, one that is undoubtedly broadening our perspective, challenges, and future vision of the real estate sector in Catalonia, while also strengthening CSIM’s international connection with other markets and innovation ecosystems.
