CSIM is promoting the design of a sectoral Data Space, an initiative aimed at helping companies in the real estate sector extract greater value from the data they generate in their daily activities.
The project is being developed with the support of REDI (Real Estate Digital Intelligence) and is currently in a diagnostic phase, working with different companies in the sector from both a business and technological perspective to understand how they manage their data and what information needs they have to improve their operations.
In this context, we are organizing this workshop on March 18, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, at Ambit Hub, with the aim of opening the discussion to all CSIM member companies and gathering their needs regarding the use of data. Based on these contributions, we will be able to identify and prioritize potential use cases that will serve as the foundation for the design of the future sectoral Data Space.
What will we do in the workshop?
The session will be dynamic and practical, led by Lorena Oset and Abel Orteu, partners at REDI, experts in strategy and digital transformation.
During the workshop:
- We will explore the current challenges faced by companies in the sector, identifying processes where there is a lack of information or a loss of efficiency.
- We will generate ideas for new data-driven services and applications, such as sector benchmarking, market analysis, predictive maintenance, sustainability, or asset valorization.
- We will work in multidisciplinary teams to identify possible solutions and use cases that can provide real value to companies.
- We will share experiences with other professionals in the sector to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
