👉 Yesterday, with the collaboration of Cluster Development, we organized the second Work session focused on the transactional segment. A session that allowed us to update and debate the changes in the business model and the strategic challenges in intermediation services.

With the active participation of 14 real estate service companies, the session resulted in an enriching debate full of innovative ideas and proposals.

The potential to generate cross-selling between the different segments of the value chain was highlighted, especially between the transactional field and property management, as well as the importance of generating new models to improve the acquisition of lead buyers and sellers, from of the available data.

In addition, together we prioritize projects that the CSIM will tackle collaboratively in the coming months. 🗓️
